Location: North East, US | Full-time | Travel Required
Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. (MES) serves as the general contracting and prime contractor arm of Michels, delivering complex energy and industrial infrastructure projects across North America. MES provides turnkey project execution, leveraging Michels' self-perform capabilities to manage every phase of construction, from planning and procurement through field execution and project closeout.
With deep expertise in pipelines, gas distribution systems, compressor and pump stations, industrial facilities, utility infrastructure, and energy-related construction, MES partners with clients to safely deliver critical projects that power economies and support growing communities. As a Regional Manager, your key responsibilities will be to plan, monitor and manage long-term strategic projects / programs from initiation through completion. This position secures required resources, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes and is responsible for project success and profitability.

What it takes?
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software; experience with B2W is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability
- Willingness to travel to project sites frequently

This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Expected Salary Range
$157,000—$216,000 USD
