Regional Physical Therapy Lead- Growth-Focused Home Health Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services with compassion, quality, and autonomy

• Engage local agency partners and support business development activity

• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of local PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs

• Manage your caseload with flexibility and ownership

• Participate in strategy calls with leadership to provide field insights and growth updates

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $100,000 - $110,000k annual salary

• Revenue Share: 2% of all revenue generated in the first 12 months (your caseload + others you help onboard)

• Hiring Incentives: Bonus per successful therapist you refer or help hire (must stay onboard for 3-months in good standing)

• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.40 per mile

• Tech Support: Tablet + data plan, full EMR training and ongoing support

• PTO: 15 days annually

• Back-Office Concierge: Dedicated support for scheduling, authorizations, and documentation compliance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in home health as a Physical Therapist

• Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy 

• Current therapist license issued by The State of Florida and a current BLS CPR certificate.

• Proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets, e-mail, text messaging, and Kinnser/HomeCare HomeBase EMRs (we provide significant training as needed)

• Reliable transportation and a desire to travel within the greater Jacksonville area

• Organizational and time-management skills

• Personal care component on a small percentage of patients
