Job Description
Real Estate / Property Specialist – White Plains, NY
12-Month Contract Pay rate: $25/hr W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Support corporate real estate operations, projects, and Vision 2030 initiatives.
- Manage property assets, easements, permits, leases, deeds, and other real estate agreements.
- Coordinate with utility companies, municipalities, zoning/planning departments, internal teams, and third parties.
- Research property records, title documents, maps, appraisals, and county databases.
- Maintain accurate trackers, documentation, version control, and project records.
- Represent the Real Estate team in meetings and serve as a liaison for property-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Business, Real Estate, Surveying, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in real estate, land acquisition, utilities, title, surveying, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to read and review deeds, easements, leases, title documents, maps, and appraisal documents.
- Strong research, organizational, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with public records, permitting, property databases, or regulatory processes preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Experience with ArcGIS/QGIS and maintaining project trackers/databases is a plus.
