  • OTR positions at Mountaire Farms keep our drivers away from home for days, not weeks.
  • Our drivers do 3 trips per week, all of which originate from our plants, and you're able to go home between loads. 
  • You're guaranteed your 34-hour reset at home over the weekend each and every week. 
  • Our drivers drive roughly 2600 miles in a week. 
  • Mountaire Farms buys new trucks every single year, and we replace our trucks after five years of use. The average age of all of our trucks is less than three years olds.
  • Limited to no physical activity required. Our shipping department loads the trailer. All of our deliveries are "no-touch".
