Job DetailsMust-Have Qualifications
  • 3+ years of ITS and traffic technology sales experience in Southern California.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new projects.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with municipalities, consultants, and contractors.
  • Experience running product demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and driving adoption of traffic technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and experience representing the company at tradeshows and industry presentations.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a field-based, outside sales role.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage a Southern California territory, developing relationships with municipalities, consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and drive adoption of traffic detection, signal optimization, and safety technology solutions.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities for ITS and traffic technology products.
  • Attend tradeshows and industry presentations to promote company solutions and expand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reporting in Salesforce CRM.
