Location: Kennesaw, GA (In-Office)Compensation:$110,000 base salary + uncapped performance-based bonusJob Type: Full-Time (40+ hours/week)
About the Role
Bartlett Roofing is looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Southeast Region.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll partner directly with Executive and Local Leadership to drive the success of our Southeast market. You'll lead Sales Managers, recruit top talent with the support of our in-house Recruiting team, and help launch the next phase of Bartlett Roofing's growth.
This is a leadership role for someone who likes being in the field, coaching people, solving problems, and setting the standard - not watching from the sidelines.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and Sales Reps across the Southeast region.
- Build and grow your own high-performing sales teams with the support of our in-house Recruiting team.
- Evaluate, interview, and hire Sales Representatives and Appointment Setters.
- Conduct leadership meetings, one-on-ones, and field coaching with your managers.
- Drive KPIs, accountability, and consistent performance across every market.
- Partner with Recruiting, Production, and Executive Leadership to ensure every market is positioned for long-term success.
- Assist in scaling additional trades as we incorporate them.
- Build a culture centered around ownership, discipline, competition, and results.
What You Bring
- 5-7+ years of proven sales success.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
- Minimum 5 years in roofing and/or exterior retail sales.
- Experience leading multiple teams or markets is preferred.
- A proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
- A leadership style built on accountability, communication, and leading by example.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue while developing people.
- Comfortable traveling throughout the Southeast region.
- High standards, high energy, and a passion for building winning teams.
