Regional Sales ManagerLocation: Strafford, MO (Headquarters)Territory: Rocky Mountain & Pacific NorthwestSalary + Commission OpportunitiesEnSight Solutions is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to grow and manage customer relationships within the food processing equipment industry. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and guiding customers through the full sales cycle-from initial consultation to project completion.About EnSight SolutionsEnSight Solutions is a leading manufacturer of stainless-steel processing equipment for the food and beverage industry. Headquartered in Strafford, Missouri, with additional operations in Kansas City, our portfolio includes A-One Manufacturing, Bridge Machine Company, Likwifier, and Simmtech.We help processors improve efficiency, productivity, and performance through innovative solutions and exceptional service.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and customer visitsManage the full sales cycle: qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closingDevelop long-term customer relationships and identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and service teamsMeet or exceed revenue and profitability targetsRepresent EnSight at trade shows, industry events, and customer sitesEvaluate opportunities for profitability and repeat business

What You Bring

Experience in B2B sales, preferably in food processing or capital equipmentStrong communication and relationship-building skills across all customer levelsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independentlyProven ability to navigate complex, long sales cyclesCRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred

Travel

Up to 50% travel across the Rocky Mountain and Pacific Northwest regions
