Sales Territory Manager – Decorative Lighting IndustryHolidynamics, Inc.

Come be a part of the Holidynamics team! We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Territory Manager to help expand our customer base in the decorative lighting industry and achieve (and exceed!) sales goals within assigned territories.

Position Overview:

This is a true sales role. You will be responsible for managing and growing your own book of business — not managing other salespeople. The position combines both inside sales and field sales responsibilities to broaden customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
Manage and grow an existing book of customers.
Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and support.
Identify customer needs and present tailored product solutions.
Meet or exceed established sales quotas.
Travel to key accounts and attend trade shows as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of sales success.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Experience prospecting and developing new accounts.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel as required.
Industry experience is a plus.
