We're looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager who's up for a challenge and ready to thrive! This full-time position oversees our sales efforts in Nashville, Birmingham, and Atlanta. COMPENSATION:
Pay: Experience-based salary and performance incentives for in-field success
Schedule: 8:00 am/9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER HIGHLIGHTS:
Each day looks different, but expect to:
- Identify growth areas and revenue opportunities within your assigned territory (Atlanta, Nashville, and Birmingham)
- Hire, coach, and direct talented new sales representatives
- Build up area teams and provide constructive feedback to increase their success rates and secure more projects for the company
- Monitor your teams' performance and adjust strategies when appropriate to grow revenue
What You Need:
- Excellent sales skills and aptitude
- Team-building and coaching skills
- Leadership abilities
- Ability to service the Atlanta, Birmingham, and Nashville areas
- Experience in a district sales or leadership position - preferred
