Regional Sales Trainer

Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources- Conduct sales training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to educate sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training

Experience:- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role- Strong background in business development and sales- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth- Excellent presentation and communication skills- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus- Experience in outside sales or B2B sales is preferred- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
