Experienced Tax Professionals Wanted – Build & Lead with EZ FILE NOW

EZ FILE NOW is seeking experienced Electronic Return Originators (EROs) and advanced tax professionals to join our expanding national network. This is a high-level, performance-based opportunity for individuals ready to grow within the financial industry while leveraging advanced cloud-based tax technology and remote operations systems.

This role is ideal for experienced preparers, tax office owners, and financial professionals looking to scale their income, manage teams, and expand operations with the support of an established organization.

Position Overview

As a Remote ERO, you will oversee tax preparation operations, maintain IRS compliance standards, manage client workflows, and support preparers within a cloud-based virtual tax office environment. You will work directly with advanced tax software, remote document management systems, and compliance procedures to ensure accurate and timely filing services.

Responsibilities

Electronically file and manage tax returns as an authorized ERO
Review returns for accuracy and IRS compliance
Supervise and support remote tax preparers
Maintain secure client document management practices
Ensure all required documentation is collected before submission
Monitor workflow stages and filing deadlines
Utilize cloud-based tax software and remote office systems
Assist with onboarding and training new preparers
Maintain EFIN compliance and IRS standards
Support business growth and client retention efforts

Requirements

Required

Active EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number)
Minimum 3+ years of tax preparation experience preferred
Experience with professional tax software platforms
Strong understanding of IRS compliance procedures
Ability to manage remote workflows and deadlines
Professional communication and leadership skills
Secure home office setup with reliable internet access

Preferred

Previous experience managing a tax office or team
Book of business or existing client base
Experience with virtual or cloud-based operations
PTIN and continuing education certifications
Sales, marketing, or business development experience
