Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse Operating RoomOverview: Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Orthopedics, ENT, or Plastics. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will support positive patient outcomes, foster collaborative team leadership, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and cultural sensitivity. This opportunity allows you to make impactful contributions in a setting committed to excellence and innovation in patient care.Pay Package: $2,600 Weekly Shift: 6:30am - 5pmRequired Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice*
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics, or Robotics (DaVinci experience required)*
- Proficiency in working with and maintaining confidential information*
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision*
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills*
- Good time management and self-directed work ethic*
- Sound judgment and interpersonal skills*
- Effective delegation skills*
- Basic computer skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing*
- Leadership experience or prior supervisory roles in a clinical setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association*
- Physical ability to exert exertion up to 100 pounds occasionally and significantly in a healthcare setting, with reasonable accommodations available*
- Ability to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases*
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards, including hospital accreditation and safety protocols*
- Willingness to work in environments with occupational risks related to hazardous materials and infectious agents
