for Direct Support Staff/Registered Behavior Tech

Job SummaryAre you passionate about helping others and making a difference in their lives? SanZie Healthcare Services is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide in-home support, as outlined in each client's ISP and Service Plan. If you enjoy assisting others with daily activities and fostering personal growth, we want to hear from you!
Hours
- Monday through Friday: 4 PM - 8 PM
- Weekends: Flexible for community outings
- Note: During school breaks, the schedule will shift to 10 AM - 6 PM
Salary Range$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Total HoursMinimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist with grooming, hygiene, and hair care.
- Domestic Assistance: Teach and assist with cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Health and Safety Care: Remind and assist with medications and physical exercises.
- Documentation: Accurately record daily progress according to the service plan and IEP.
- Community Assistance: Facilitate community engagement and social activities.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with the agency regarding any client or family concerns.
- Support: Encourage and support the client's growth and development at home and in the community.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- A valid Georgia driver's license and auto insurance are required.
- CPR & First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Current TB test.
- Excellent communication skills.
