Registered Behavior Technician (Rbt/Bt) - Clinic Based Services Overland Park

Pay: BT $20–$23/hour, depending on experience and qualifications (must get RBT and assistance is provided)

Help children with autism and other developmental disabilities build communication, daily living, and other skills that matter to them and their families. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll provide one-to-one ABA services with training and support from experienced clinical leaders.

What you’ll do

• Follow individualized behavior plans during one-to-one sessions.
• Help clients practice communication, daily living, and personal care skills, which may include toileting and hygiene.
• Record accurate progress data and share updates with your clinical team.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members.
• Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.

What you’ll need

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication skills and an interest in working with children.
• The ability to assist clients with the physical parts of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

RBT certification is preferred, but it is not required to apply for a BT position. Experience in childcare, education, direct support, or a related field is welcome.
