Job Description

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for a full-time, school-based position in Mount Holly, New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child’s educational and developmental journey in a supportive school environment.

Position Details:

Setting: School-Based Services
Placement: Exclusive school assignment
Pay Rate: $25–$27 per hour
Hours: Differs by school site (Full-Time)
Compensation: Paid for the full school day, including lunch

Requirements:

Active RBT certification
Previous experience working in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with autism and other developmental disabilities
Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on student behavior and progress
Provide one-on-one support in the classroom and during school activities
Assist students with academic tasks and the development of social skills
