Now Hiring: Licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – STEPS Behavioral Health

Location: Columbia MD | In-person role | Pay: $24–$28/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your skills will directly help children and families thrive.

Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients achieve measurable progress in their developmental and behavioral goals.

Requirements

Must hold current RBT certification through the BACB
Must be licensed as required by the state of Maryland
Prior experience with ABA, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental disabilities preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to work in-home, school, and/or clinic settings
Strong communication and professionalism
