Registered Dental Assistant – Boutique Private Practice (No Fridays!)

Practice: Lemon Family Dental

Location: Aberdeen, WA

Compensation: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)

Because we are a small, intimate team, our Dental Assistant is the heartbeat of the clinical side. You'll work directly with Dr. Lemon in a 5-operatory facility where your expertise is respected, your personality is valued, and your work-life balance is a priority.

What You'll Do:

Direct Chairside Support: Assist Dr. Lemon across a variety of general and cosmetic procedures.
Clinical Flow: Manage instrument sterilization, room turnover, and equipment maintenance with high attention to detail.
Patient Connection: Be the friendly face that calms nerves and ensures every patient leaves with a "Great Smile".

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of Dental Assisting experience is required.
Credentials: Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program and valid WA state credentials.
Mindset: You are proactive, professional, and thrive in a "small-office" family environment.
