Job Description

Are you a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) looking for a welcoming, team-oriented environment? Our busy, well-established dental clinic in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for a dedicated and professional RDA to join our practice!

Position Details:

✔️ Assist the dentist with procedures and patient care✔️ Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments✔️ Take digital X-rays and impressions as needed✔️ Educate patients on oral care and post-treatment instructions✔️ Maintain accurate records and assist with scheduling

Requirements:

✅ Must be a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Iowa✅ Strong organizational and communication skills✅ A positive, team-oriented attitude✅ Previous experience preferred, but we are open to recent graduates

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Starting Pay: $21.00+ per hour (based on experience)📆 Full-Time: 40 hours per week🏖️ Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays👩‍⚕️ Supportive Work Environment with an Experienced Team
