Job Title: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Multiple OpeningsCompany: Hire Up StaffingLocation: Atwater, CA (must be able to travel between two locations)Pay Rate: $21.00 per hourSchedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)Position Overview: Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking three qualified Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to join a dynamic dental team in Atwater, CA. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a strong commitment to patient care. Candidates must be comfortable working at multiple office locations within the Atwater area.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures*
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment*
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)*
- Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout procedures*
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation*
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols*
- Support front office duties as needed
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California*
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills*
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment*
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between two office locations in Atwater*
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
