Job Description

Job descriptionWe are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused dental team. We take pride in creating a positive, welcoming environment where both our patients and team feel valued.LOCATION: Sacramento and surrounding areasSALARY: $28-35/hr.SCHEDULE: Flexible Schedule, Monday-SaturdayRESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
Interact with patients to provide care, explain procedures, and address concerns.
Utilize dental software systems to schedule and manage patient information.

SKILLS:

A licensed RDA in good standing with the Dental Board of California
Strong chairside assisting skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Familiarity with digital charting and sterilization protocols
Digital X-rays
