Believes in providing a positive professional experience so that your goals can be achieved.The Dental Assistant (DA) opening in our Fort Worth location and Rhome location is looking for a DA who is friendly & enjoys dental assisting.This will be a full-time position on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.Established, high-volume practice seeking an Dentist Assistant ready to step into an immediate patient base and strong production opportunity.If you are looking for a busy schedule, clinical autonomy, and the ability to earn based on your productivity, this opportunity is built for you.
Income & Production:
- 28–30% of production.
- Immediate full schedule available.
- Strong existing patient base.
- Primarily Medicaid, PPO, and Cash (No HMO).
- High patient flow supports strong daily production.
This is an excellent opportunity for a productive dentist who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and wants to maximize earning potential.
What You’ll Have:
- Full clinical autonomy in diagnosis and treatment planning.

Clinical Scope:
- Comprehensive exams and treatment planning.
- Restorative dentistry.
- Extractions.
- Crowns and bridges.
- Preventive care.
- Oral cancer screenings.
- Patient education and case acceptance discussions.
Qualifications:
- Active State Dental License.
- General dentistry experience preferred.
- Confident in comprehensive treatment planning.
- Efficient and comfortable with steady patient volume.
- Strong communication skills.
