Job Description

Complete Smiles is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established family dental practice in West Jordan, Utah. This is a full-time opportunity to join a collaborative team of three doctors who are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, positive environment.

Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMTuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

As our Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll play a key role in helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health by providing high-quality preventive and periodontal care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene appointments, including prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
  • Conduct oral health assessments and screen for periodontal disease and other oral conditions
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
  • Administer local anesthesia as permitted by state regulations
  • Accurately document clinical findings and treatment in Open Dental
  • Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Utah
  • Local anesthesia certification required
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
  • Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
