We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities & Role Impact

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Michiana Smiles, you will:

Provide routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Take digital X-rays and perform periodontal charting
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols

Partner with doctors in creating personalized, comprehensive treatment plans
Foster long-term patient relationships through trust, empathy, and communication
Support a preventative-care mindset across all aspects of treatment
Contribute to a culture that values quality, not just quantity
Work collaboratively with dental team

Qualifications:

Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Indiana
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for delivering a best-in-class patient experience
A growth mindset and commitment to team success
In-depth knowledge of dental safety regulations and HIPAA regulations
CPR Certification
