Position Overview:
- Flexible role: Part-Time or Full-Time
- Schedule: 2–4 days per week, 8-hour shifts
- No weekends

Responsibilities:
- Ensure patient comfort and provide an exceptional chairside experience
- Properly sterilize and prepare dental instruments
- Conduct initial oral health screenings and review medical histories
- Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontitis
- Perform cleanings, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, etc.
- Educate patients of all ages on oral hygiene and home care
- Provide post-treatment instructions
- Take digital X-rays and/or impressions
- Collaborate with the dentist on diagnosis and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation
- Monitor and maintain hygiene supplies and equipment
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Proficiency in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
- Outstanding communication and patient-care skills
- Friendly, patient, team-oriented personality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team-player mindset and positive attitude
Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado State Dental Hygiene License
- Local anesthesia training (preferred)
- Laser certification (preferred)
