Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time)Location: Mequon, Wisconsin

A well-established prosthodontic office in Mequon, WI is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis (8–16 hours per week, 1–2 days). This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values quality over quantity and enjoys working in a specialty-focused, patient-centered environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $38-$48 per hour, flexible based on experience

Required Credentials

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygiene License

• Minimum 5+ years of experience preferred

Position Responsibilities

Clinical Patient Care

• Deliver comprehensive hygiene services tailored to prosthodontic and restorative patients

• Support specialty treatment plans with precision and attention to detail

Patient Education & Preventative Care

• Provide individualized oral hygiene instruction and preventive strategies

• Reinforce maintenance protocols for complex restorative cases

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and state regulations

Team & Practice Support

• Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team

• Contribute to a positive, communicative, and efficient workflow

Equipment & Operatory Management

• Maintain operatory readiness and organization

• Ensure proper care and sterilization of instruments and equipment
