Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 per year + Production Bonuses
Job Type: Full-time | Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental cleanings, root planing, and scaling.
Diagnostics: Take high-quality digital X-rays and perform intraoral photos for patient education.
Periodontal Therapy: Develop and implement individualized periodontal programs.
Patient Advocacy: Educate patients on the "oral-systemic link" and provide tailored home-care instructions.
Screenings: Conduct oral cancer screenings and blood pressure checks at every hygiene visit.
Collaboration: Partner with our Dentists to co-diagnose treatment needs and ensure seamless patient transitions.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications)
License: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of practice.
Certification: Local Anesthesia and Laser certification (preferred, but we will train the right candidate).
Mindset: A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for preventative care.
Technical: Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).
