WE’RE HIRING! Registered Dental HygienistRhodes and Rhodes Family Dentistry – Tuscaloosa, AL
Are you friendly, organized, and love helping people feel welcome? Our growing dental team is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who enjoys working in a positive, team-oriented environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
- (Enjoy a 1-hour lunch break!).
Pay:
- $31 - $33 per hour (based on experience).

What You’ll Do:
- Provide preventive dental care.
- Assess oral health by performing periodontal charting, taking dental imaging, and identifying signs of oral disease.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, nutrition, and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
- Maintain accurate patient records by documenting treatment provided and updating medical and dental histories.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment.
- Sleep Apnea Pre-screens.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous dental hygiene experience preferred (but not required).
- Proficiency with Dentrix.
- Eager to grow and learn in the dental field.
- Friendly, dependable, punctual, and a team player.
