Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Dietitian (RDN, LDN) to work a 13 week TRAVEL assignment to help one of our clients in Freeport, IL.
Start: ASAP
Shift: Days; 5x8hr; 8am-4:30pm, with every other to every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments focusing on nutrition status, physiology, and medical history to inform tailored diet plans
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate diagnostic evaluation results, weight management strategies, and specific needs such as tube feeding or geriatrics
- Provide expert guidance on nutrition therapy for acute care and long-term care patients, including those with complex conditions like geriatrics or requiring specialized dietary modifications
