Deliver outcomes.About the RoleAs a RN, you'll play a key role in supporting our nursing team by safely administering medications, monitoring residents, and ensuring accurate documentation-while building meaningful relationships with those in your care.ResponsibilitiesAdminister routine daily medications (prescription and non-prescription) in accordance with physician orders and facility policy

Accurately document medication administration, dosages, and times

Work collaboratively with nurses and care staff to support resident needs

Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly

Follow written and verbal instructions related to medication management

Collect samples for testing as directed

Ensure medication carts and related equipment are properly maintained and cleaned

Respond promptly to resident call lights, alarms, and emergency signals

Uphold all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
