Registered Nurse (RN) – Permanent Nights
Berlin, NHFull-Time | 12-Hour Nights
Rate: $36.35–$41.75/hr + Excellent Benefits

Position Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Location: Berlin, NH
- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week
- Every other weekend rotation
- Union position
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current New Hampshire RN License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, resident care plans, and established standards of care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as ordered.
- Monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions and communicate concerns appropriately.
- Supervise and support LPNs and LNAs during assigned shifts.
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and professional nursing standards.
