Job DescriptionDoes going to work and taking care of patients with the same diagnosis everyday sound mundane? Are you looking to get experience in different inpatient fields without being tied down to one specifically? Float pool may give you the independence and variation you are looking for (while also giving you an added pay differential)! Saint Luke's North Hospital is seeking a Float Pool Nurse to join our team. You will have the opportunitytohelp improve hospital throughput and capacity while enhancing the patient experience by floating as needed based on staffing and patient care needs between departments that include surgical intermediate, medical telemetry, medical intermediate, physical rehabilitation, and behavioral health units.
