Sinai Hospital‘s Float Pool is currently looking for a Registered Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and a dedication to providing exceptional nursing support across various units and specialties.The Float Pool at Sinai Hospital is a designated supplemental staffing pool designed to be used by nursing areas when unit staffing is insufficient to meet patient care needs. We currently have openings for full-time and part-time, in which all are eligible to participate in the clinical ladder as well as committees throughout the hospital.At Sinai, we are passionate about providing the best medical and emotional care for our residents and patients.Sinai Hospital is the largest community hospital in Maryland, consisting of 483-licensed beds that offers training for more than 140 residents and 400 medical students yearly . Tuition Assistance· Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision EAP· Health & Wellness Programs, including discounted gym membership· 24/7 Mental Health Resources Employee Discounts and more!As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.Critical Care experience required~equivalent to a Bachelor‘s degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field~ Maryland Registered Nurse License~ Float Pool staff will follow a 6-week schedule and a weekend obligation of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays and 2 difficult-to-staff days required.
