Registered Nurse- RN- Private Duty Care

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide private duty nursing care forindividual clients in a home or private setting. This role is ideal for nurses who prefer focused,one-on-one care and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality nursing services.POSITION OVERVIEW One-to-one nursing care for a single client per shift Assignments may be short-term or ongoing Flexible scheduling based on nurse availability and client needsCOMPENSATION $70–$100 per hour, based on experience and clinical requirements Weekly pay Flexible schedulingQUALIFICATIONS Active New York State RN license Minimum of 2 years of hospital nursing experience required BLS certification Strong clinical assessment skills and sound judgement Professional, dependable, and patient-focused bedside mannerRESPONSIBILITIES Administer medications and monitor patient condition Provide skilled nursing care, including:o G-tube feedingo Wound careo IV/PICC line management and infusion therapies Assist with mobility and transfers, including mechanical lifts when required Provide support during advanced illness or end-of-life care when applicable Document care accurately and communicate with care coordinators and family members as neededADDITIONAL DETAILS Clinical support available as needed Assignments matched based on experience and comfort level Emphasis on safe, consistent, and attentive patient care
