- Proven ability to utilize the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.*
- Experience in administering treatments and medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans.*
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with healthcare professionals.*
- Proficient in providing education to residents and their families.*
- Ability to adapt care delivery according to residents age and cultural backgrounds.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.*
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current California RN license.*
- Valid CPR certification.*
- Ability to work in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.*
- Ability to adhere to professional standards and organizational policies.
