Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

Yuma, AZ | Full-Time | 12-Hour Nights

We are hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to geriatric residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

️ Schedule

6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
36 hrs one week / 48 hrs the next

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments
Perform assessments and support care plans (MDS)
Monitor residents and report changes
Supervise CNAs and support staff
Maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

Requirements

Active RN License (Arizona)
1+ year SNF or long-term care experience preferred
