Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse - LTAC (Days & Nights)
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity in a supportive and patient-centered environment? We are looking for passionate and skilled nurses to provide exceptional care in our LTAC facility near Malta, Montana. This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in patients lives while enjoying a flexible rotating schedule with block options.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTAC or Long-Term Care (LTC) settings*
- Current BLS certification*
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care*
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail*
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- ACLS certification*
- Wound Care certification*
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Active RN license in Montana or the ability to obtain*
- Prior travel or hospital-based experience in acute care or LTAC preferred
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, with flexibility for block scheduling*
