- Shift: 3rd Shift (7pm-730am)
- FTE: 0.9 (12-hour shifts)
- 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6 week schedule
- 1 Weekend per 6 week schedule
- 2 Holidays ( 1 Summer & 1 Winter)
- RNs are trained in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and cross trained to be Charge RN
- Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000

- Float between Med/Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence
- Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience ( 2 years preferred )
- Flexibility : Ability to meet the following per 6-week schedule:
- 2 Fridays
- 2 Mondays
- 1 Weekend
- RNs receive training in:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (Stroke Scale)
- IV Ultrasound
- Charge Nurse cross-training to support multiple units and build leadership skills
