Four weekend shifts in a 6-week period

36 hours per week (3-12 hour shifts)

$38.20 - $57.30

Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery

Labor and Delivery- High Point Medical Center

Our Labor and Delivery team provides compassionate, patient- and family-centered care throughout the childbirth journey. Nurses collaborate closely with OB providers and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on safety, education, and individualized care. You'll play a vital role in creating a positive, empowering birth experience for every family.

We're Looking For

  • Graduate of a Board of Nursing-approved nursing program

  • Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific based on practice location)

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience

  • Additional certifications or experience may be required based on specialty

Preferred:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • Deliver safe, patient-centered maternal care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practices-monitoring conditions and adjusting care to achieve optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns.

  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams while promoting safety, quality, and accountability-maintaining documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and engaging in ongoing professional development and flexible patient care support.
