$35.50 - $53.25This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. In addition to the sign-on bonus, this position is eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance tofacility.
Where You Will Work:
Atrium Health Levine Cancer’s Radiation Oncology outpatient services provide advanced, patient-centered care usingcutting-edgeradiation therapy to treat cancer. With 10 sites across the Charlotte market, each clinic is equipped withstate-of-the-arttechnology, including linear accelerators and image-guided systems, allowing for precise targeting of cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue. A highly skilled team of radiation oncologists, nurses, dosimetrists, and radiation therapists work collaboratively to deliver personalized treatment plans that minimize side effects andoptimizeoutcomes.

Advanced Treatment Modalities: IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, brachytherapy, proton beam, and gamma knife therapies.

Clinical Expertise: Board-certified radiation oncologists with subspecialty training.

We’reLooking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Oncology experiencepreferred.Proficiencyin IV therapy, bone marrow, spinals, thoracenteses,paracentesesand phlebotomy preferred. Oncology certification is preferred. BLSper policy guidelines.

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic carein accordance withestablished standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, andskillscommunication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
