A Brief OverviewAccountable for immunizations/inoculations to prevent the spread of communicable disease.What you will do- Responsible for administering immunizations in a manner consistent with good nursing practice and coordinate immunization programs.
- Responsible for following up on immunizations and assuring proper record keeping.
- Observes, records and reports employee’s reactions to drugs and treatments to appropriate individual.
- Maintains inoculation rooms for necessary supplies and materials. Ensures cleanliness. Prepares list of medical supplies needed.
- Occasionally travel to owned or managed facilities as directed.
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire
- 1-3 years

- Comply with safety principles, laws, regulations, and standards associated with, but not limited to, CMS, The Joint Commission, DHHS, and OSHA if applicable.
