Job Description
Summary:
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Assignment Dates: 08/18/2026-11/21/2026
- Shift Times: 12-Hour Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- BLOCK: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- 50 Mile Radius Rule: Applies
Responsibilities:
- Perform duties in the Pediatric Operating Room.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities (4-5 call shifts per 8-week schedule period).
- Adhere to departmental needs for weekend work.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Licensure/Certification:
- Active RN license (State or Compact)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
- Previous Operating Room experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility
- Pediatric experience required
- Must have strong Ortho, Spine & Neuro experience
- Ability to scrub is preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Willingness to float to off shifts as needed
- Flexible with rotating shifts
Additional Information:
- No RTO approved within the first two weeks of assignment
- Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed
- Work schedule and assigned hours are based on departmental needs and may change
- Off-shifts and weekend work may be required
- Required response time for on-call duties is 30 minutes
