Summary: Location: Anschutz Medical Campus Duration: 13 Weeks Assignment Dates: 05/05/2026 - 08/01/2026 Shift: 12Hr Nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level IV NICU setting. Float to ICU's (PICU or CICU) and acute care floors as needed. Ensure care for patients under 3 years of age when floated outside NICU. Work every other weekend, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Work on July 4th as part of the holiday requirement. Requirements: Education: BSN required. ADN considered with 8 years of Level IV NICU experience in a teaching and children's facility. Licensure/Certification: Colorado RN license or multi-state compact license, PALS, ACLS, BLS. Experience: Minimum 2 years of Level IV NICU experience with trach/vent experience. Required Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support). Preferred Skills: Pediatric CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) preferred. Prior travel nursing experience is a plus. PICU experience is advantageous but not required.
