Job Description

Blue United Sourcing is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Behavioral Health (BH) setting. This leadership opportunity offers a flexible start date and consistent overnight hours in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Assignment Details:

Part-Time Nights
2x8s or 3x8s
11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Every other weekend required
Holidays required if they fall on scheduled shift
Flexible start date

Requirements:

Active RN license
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Experience in SNF and/or Behavioral Health setting required
Strong leadership, delegation, and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to oversee operations, ensure compliance, and support overnight staff
