L&D RN Must have AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer. Assignment Length- 13 Weeks Start Date:ASAP Shift: 3x12 Night Shift- Most likely this will be a straight Night Shift position. If clinician is needed to cover both nights and days - schedule flips every 4 weeks. Years of Experience: 1 First Timers Accepted: Yes Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP Skills REQ: Per UD, Charge Experience Preferred or willing to train as charge Is on-call REQ: No Weekend REQ:Yes - every other Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: If needed may float to like units Open to accommodating block schedule?: No Locals Accepted: No- Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility Pending License Accepted: Yes, but must have license in hand for Auto Offer RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal Guaranteed Hours: 60 Hours per 2 weeks- Traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks UNIT INFORMATION OB Triage/ Testing 5-10 7-14 LD/Antepartum High Risk LD unit. 10 OB Triage Room, 10 LDR Room, 3 OR suites, 4 PACU room. Average Daily Deliveries around 7 but often have up to 14 patients with inductions and high risk antepartum. OB Triage averages 4-5 third trimester testing patients as well as an influx of triage patients each day FACILITY INFORMATION Type of Facility: Acute Hospital Magnet/Teaching/Level Trauma: Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma, USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska Total Staffed Beds: 407 Scrub Color: Provided Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Parking is free
