Local rate to apply if 50 miles or less from facility Up to date resume that includes 2 Years minimum of OR acute care experience Cases- Ortho, Urology, Vascular, General, Trauma- Please specify years of exp in each specialty in notes Cases Cont. ENT, OB/GYN, Plastics, Podiatry, GI, Ortho-Spine, Neuro, Vascular, Thoracic, Robotics- Please specify years of exp in each specialty in notes RN Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission Licenses verification RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp Preferred but not required Cerner- experienceFloating- Not to other departments only within the OR.
