- FT RN Base Pay: $38.99/hr
- Experience Bonus: Earn an additional $3.00/hr if you've been licensed as an RN for 5+ years (FT & RPT).
- FT/RPT Shift Differentials RN: 2nd shift 4.00/hr, 3rd shift 2.50/hr, Weekends $3.00/hr.
- PRN Rates: Starting at $44.57-$51.96/hr.
- Rewarding Weekend Program: $56.52-$59.98/hrevery Saturday & Sunday, with 8-hour shifts and holiday requirements.
Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities (full job description available upon hire):
- Provide resident care activities to residents who reside in the County of Lehigh skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
- Develop individualized care plans in conjunction with other healthcare personnel.
- Update medical providers and residents' representatives with changes in status and care needs and document in residents' record.
- Coordinate care with residents and their families.
- Oversee the performance of nurse aides and support staff.
- Help bring joy to the residents in the healthcare environment.
Qualifications:
- Current & Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA.
- Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Strong clinical skills & the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
