Location: La Jolla & North San Diego County, CA
Compensation: $45.00 – $80.00 / hour (Depending on experience)
Schedule: 12-Hour NOC (Night) Shifts
Employment Type: Per Diem

Cheer Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who genuinely enjoys supporting older adults and delivering premium, individualized care directly in their homes. In this concierge role, you will be a vital link in our care network, partnering with an interdisciplinary team to design tailored health strategies while maintaining open lines of communication with clients, families, and your fellow nursing staff.
Primary Responsibilities
- Initial & Ongoing Assessments: Evaluate client health status and environmental safety to pinpoint specific care requirements.
- Care Plan Formulation: Construct personalized clinical roadmaps and define actionable wellness milestones.
- Chronic Condition Oversight: Monitor and manage long-term health conditions to ensure stability and prevent nighttime complications.
- Specialized Clinical Support: Administer advanced treatments including post-operative recovery care, wound management, and precise medication administration.
- Family Guidance: Empower clients and their designated representatives through education regarding medical diagnoses and daily care routines.
- Overnight Wellness Advocacy: Provide vigilant, holistic overnight support that ensures patient comfort, safety, and peace of mind.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted California registered nurse license
- 3 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Home Health experience preferred
- Proof of Negative TB result
- Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
- Active California Drivers license and car insurance
- Cell phone with Internet Access

Hourly Pay Rate: $45-$80 based on experience. Potential for team bonus.
