Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnered with a Long-Term Care facility near Winner, South Dakota seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN). This opportunity is ideal for nurses looking to make an impact in a patient-centered, rural healthcare environment while gaining valuable experience.

Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care. This role includes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and supervision of nursing support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care in a LTC/SNF environment*
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed*
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to providers*
  • Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and care teams to develop care plans*
  • Supervise and support nursing assistants and support staff*
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation*
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (South Dakota or compact)*
  • BLS certification (required)*
  • Minimum of 1 year of LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred*
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills*
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:
