This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive rural hospital while still living near one of Idahos most desirable cities.

Position: Emergency Room RN (ER Nurse)Job Location: St. Maries, ID Just 1 Hour Southeast of Coeur dAlene

Responsibilities:

Assess, triage, and manage emergency room patients of all ages and acuity levels
Administer medications, perform diagnostic testing, and provide life-saving interventions
Work collaboratively with physicians and the care team
Respond to trauma cases and critical incidents
Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols

Education & Certifications:

Active RN license in Idaho or compact state
Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing
BLS and ACLS required on hire
PALS and TNCC preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Previous ER or ICU experience strongly preferred
