Salary: $32 – $45 per hour Plus $7 night/weekend differential and potential sign-on bonus
Shifts Available: Days / Rotating Weekends Nights / Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients across a variety of clinical settings
Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
Maintain a safe and supportive patient environment
Contribute to a collaborative team culture
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a hospital setting
Active RN license (state-specific or multi-state compact)
Skills & Attributes
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Comfort working with medical technology and electronic documentation systems
Competitive Pay
Base Rate: $32 – $45/hour
Differential: Up to $7/hour for nights/weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $10K – $15K (paid over time based on shift and position)
